Apostille Service
What is an Apostille?
Pronounced “ah-po-steel” is a French word meaning certification.
An Apostille is simply the name for a specialized certificate, issued by the Ministry of Justice. The Apostille is attached to your original document to verify it is legitimate and authentic so it will be accepted in one of the other countries who are members of the Hague Apostille Convention.
What we can do

Pick up the document from your office and deliver it back to you the same day with the Apostille seal or you can come to our office with your document and then come and pick it up the same day.

If your document was issued in a foreign country member of the Hague Apostille Convention and it has to have the seal of the Apostille from the country of issuance we can do that for you through agent across the world

In the cases of private documents where the signature has to be certified we do that for you through our Certifying Officer Savvas Demetriou.

What we do
Customers taking documents to countries that are not fully signed up to the Hague Convention find that their documents need to be legalised or attested with the consulate or embassy in Nicosia. With years of experience legalising documents with embassies we know how to submit documents on your behalf through all the stages.
Translation Services
We can translate your documents into more than 140 different languages and we can do this at the same time as we process any apostille services to try and save you some time. If you need a translation please contact us by email with copies of your documents so we can assess the charge and time required to translate the documents.
We can provide a translation service even if we are not legalising any documents for you.

Translations are often requested by authorities outside of the Cyprus when you are supplying legalised documentation. The translation helps the overseas authority or person to understand the language source documents that have been legalised.
We can arrange to translate just the documents or we can translate the apostille certificate as well. If you are not sure what is required please check with however is asking you to legalise the documents as it is them that must accept the final documentation from you.
